The Alcaplast company was founded in 1998 as a limited liability company (s.r.o). Today it is one of the largest manufacturers of sanitary ware in Central and Eastern Europe. Besides its traditional product range of fill and flush valves, it also produces concealed WC installation systems, plastic cisterns, bath siphons and shower-basin siphons. The company’s basic product range also includes sink traps and accessories. Recently added to the range are fill bath siphons, floor drains, and a wide range of accessories. Design and quality play an irreplaceable and key role in the company philosophy. The company portfolio has been developed over many years of experience with due regard paid to customer needs and requirements, new trends and the market. The company has introduced quality standards according to ISO 9001:2001. All products are placed on the market after being successfully tested and certified at the accredited test facilities in ITC Zlín and OFI Vienna. Alcaplast sells its products to satisfied customers in many countries across the globe. Alcaplast currently enjoys a dominant position in markets in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Russia and the Baltic states, and has a significant market share in the Arabic world. |

The technical specialists at Alcaplast place great emphasis on trouble free operation, resistance against bad treatment, on silent operation and the reliability of all parts being used. The company development workshop equipped with cutting edge software- Parametric Technology Corporation – ProENGINEER FAP. Here individual product components are designed, as are the moulds for pressing, as is also the production technology such as mounting lines for flush valves or test benches for fill valves. | |

The pressing room is fitted with the latest injection press equipment. At this point in time Alcaplast keeps records of over 330 separate moulds. The technology used by the Alcaplast s.r.o. company has no detrimental effect on the environment. The principle of recyclability and waste free production is an important idea in the company management. Technically unavoidable waste resulting from production is either processed for new products or transferred for further reprocessing. |

An important principle is that all products supplied by Alcaplast to the market, are fully recyclable once their lifetime is over. Customers of the company prize Czech know-how, the clarity of its ownership structure, its certification system, the quality of raw materials used and its own testing facilities, where the functionality of new products is tested and where continuous quality control is carried out.
