The Alcaplast s.r.o. company provides statutory guarantees as well as an extended period of warranty. By expert and professional mounting you can significantly influence functionality and product use value, thereby naturally influencing the satisfaction of the user of a given product. The company provides an extended warranty period for those For Alcaplast products installed by expert and professional companies.

GUARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These guarantee conditions comply with the legislation of Czech Republic and apply to goods of Alcaplast Ltd, which disagreements with the contract or defects have been applied during the guarantee period. Guarantee period is specified in the guarantee certificate of the goods or can be found on www.alcaplast.cz, otherwise 2 years guarantee applies from the date of purchase of goods.
The customer (buyer, installing company or end user) is obliged to inspect the goods immediately when delivered. Later claims of mechanical damage to the product or packaging will not be acknowledged.
The dealer or the installer of the goods is responsible for any claims the customer could raise.
Products installed in buildings (pre-wall installation WC systems, shower drains, traps) must be installed in such way to allow servicing and maintenance (eg. service hole in bath). Alcaplast Ltd does not bear any costs associated with damage to tiles, floor tiles or other equipment arising from failure to comply with these rules.
The claim for the guarantee provided by the manufacturer expires when:
- Guarantee certificate/proof of purchase has been lost or not issued.
- Guarantee of the claimed goods has expired.
- Protective seals and labels are damaged if there are any on the product.
- Goods are damaged during transportation (it is necessary to solve this claim with the carrier)
- Goods are used in conditions/environments which do not comply with the temperature, dust, moisture, chemical and mechanical requirements of the product.
- Installation, manipulation, operation or maintenance is incorrect.
- Goods were damaged due to excessive load, or use contrary to the conditions provided in the instructions, in the documentation or contrary to general principles.
The claim for extended guarantee expires when:
- Guarantee certificate has not been verified by a professional installer.
- Only a proof of purchase has been submitted, therefore 2 years guarantee period applies.
- Guarantee does not apply to items worn out by their daily use.
- Extended guarantee conditions do not apply to replaceable rubber parts and components subjected to operational wear and tear.
