Training and education
The Alcaplast company provides training on all the aspects of its entire product range free of charge. Subject to agreement with the customer, training can be carried out:
- at professional centres of leaning
- on construction sites or at the place of installation
- on your premises
- at the Alcaplast company
Training for professional mounting and installation companies
Part of the training is formed by an analysis of the individual product groups, by training on related facilities, procedures, tips and tricks at the installation stage and preventing failure brought about by non-professional installation or the improper use of products.
The training programme is adapted to the specific interests of the group. Generally it is broken into three sections:
- toilet concealed installation systems
- flushing valves and cisterns for toilets
- the complete siphon programme
The topic for all sections is primarily the description, function, technical parameters, mounting, maintenance, and also the experiences and most frequent causes of failure caused by non-professional mounting.
After the successful completion of the training all participants will be sent a certificate and a personal licence confirming their professional competence to mount Alcaplast products. All successful course graduates will be registered in the database of certified persons, which is then made available to the public.
Training for sales staff and professional consultants
The content of this course is based around familiarisation with the complete product range on offer, navigating ones way through the range, stressing the need for the right product choice, based on customer requirements, as well as professional consultation to assist the customer when problems occur in product use.
Training for architects and project engineers
The topic for training in the correct selection of products, with stress on their optimal and correct usage with regards to building construction and choice over facilities.
