The most prestigious entrepreneur competition EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2018 is over. The overall winner are the owners of Alcaplast Radka Prokopová and František Fabičovic, who already won the regional round in February and became Entrepreneurs of the Year in the South Moravian Region. The award ceremony was held in Prague on Tuesday 5th of March 2019.

"Being the best entrepreneurs of the Czech Republic is a great honor for us and we appreciate it a lot. We would like to thank all for the support and we hope that our work will continue to be of high quality and recognized not only on the field of sanitary systems, "said Radka Prokopová, executive director of Alcaplast, who will represent Czech Republic with her husband in Monte Carlo at the world final.

Individual candidates were selected by a jury composed mainly of winners of the previous years on the basis of received nominations. The most important factor for the selection of candidates was entrepreneurial story, innovation, honesty and international scope.
